Our Story
SOC is a Tbilisi based production agency. We work with best freelance professionals on a project-to-project basis to fully meet our clients expectations. Services we offer include full scale video, photo, film and TV pre-production, production and post-production.
SOC is run by Nutsa Malashkhia and Inna Margvelashvili. Both have been involved in the film and advertisement industry for many years. Inna and Nutsa decided to unite their forces and founded their first production company.
SOC is actively involved in productions of different scales and concepts. It collaborates not only with local companies and entities but also with foreign agencies and organizations.

Nutsa Malashkhia
Founder & CEO
Nutsa is Tbilisi based producer/production manager. After getting her Masters degree in Marketing at ESERP Business & Law School in Madrid, she became actively involved in the filmmaking and advertising industry. She has worked as a freelance producer and production manager on a variety of projects, such as feature films, documentaries, shorts and commercials. One of the most notable projects that she has worked on was Fast & Furious 9. This wide experience led her to founding a new production company.
Inna Margvelashvili
Founder & CEO
Inna studied Art and Photography in Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna and Art Academy Istanbul. After finishing her studies she started her career as a producer/production manager at Sakdoc Film where she worked for years. In the meantime, she established numerous partnerships with different local and international film and creative agencies.
For 15 years she has been working at the Tbilisi International Film Festival that gave her a lot of insights and contacts in the film industry both feature and documentaries.
